Playoff Week
Come out and support your Rockets this week as volleyball, and football begin their playoffs. Tonight, Volleyball will be at Alma-Pepin at 7 for a Regional game. Friday, football will be at Ithaca at 7 for a Regional game
On Friday, the New Lisbon School District held a Heavenly Hats day, where for a $2.00 donation students could wear a hat inside the school. They raised $191.00 for Heavenly Hats a foundation which provides hats to anyone with hair-loss due to a medical conditions.

Kindergarten students learned about fire safety this week. Today, the New Lisbon fire department visited and talked to the students about fire safety.

STORAGE SHED RUMMAGE SALE
The School District of New Lisbon will conduct a public sale of old school equipment and furnishings on Saturday, October 22nd, 2022 from 8-3 PM. Items for sale can include, but not limited to: old classroom and office chairs, desks, tables, misc. doors, 4-drawer file cabinets, book racks, old floor maintenance machines, lighting fixtures, exit signs, wall mirrors, bike rack, metal trash cans, roll up shed door, metal shelving, metal podiums, Frontier 3-pt Fertilizer spreader, JD Blower/Rear Hopper, misc. steel pipes, wire fencing rolls, wood skids, etc.
All sales will be final. All items sold are as is with no expressed or implied warranties. The sale will be conducted in the brown storage shed located next to the main school parking lot.
Students in Ms. Berry's class were creating state replicas in Social Studies today.
The Junior High School will be holding a dance on Saturday October 15 from 6:00 to 9:00 PM in the Multi-Purpose Room. The theme is Under the Stars and the cost is $2.00.
The kindergarten students in Mrs. Dummer's class had a field trip to Treinen Farm Pumpkin Patch on Wednesday. The students had a fantastic time. Even the rain couldn't slow them down.

The 4K classes will not be going to Northwoods Apple Farm today. The field trip has been rescheduled for Wednesday, October 19th. Busses leave the school at 12:30 pm
