Students in Food Tech recently completed a unit on mass food production. They planned, prepared, and evaluated a meal for the high school students and staff on homecoming Friday. Our meal of walking tacos, fruit salad, cookie, and water came in at just under $2.50 per plate. Students set a goal to serve a meal that was affordable, appealing, nutritious, and delicious.
