Students in Foods for Fun and Profit and Nutrition courses had the pleasure of visiting Mill Haven Foods in New Lisbon to learn more about their impressive role in the dry dairy industry. Seeing their state-of-the-art facility highlighted how vital local manufacturing is to our economy, blending global reach with community roots. This experience reinforced the importance of building strong local connections with the innovators in our own backyard.
