Practicing gratitude improves mental and physical well-being by increasing happiness, reducing stress and anxiety, and strengthening social connections.
High School Student Council Members encouraged the Rockets to create a turkey feather that listed all of the things they were thankful for. Our turkey and its feathers are on display in the lunchroom to serve as a reminder of all we have to be thankful for this Thanksgiving.
