ATTENTION PARENTS
In light of COVID, your child may be behind on required immunizations that are required to attend school. I thought I would share this information for families that may have gotten behind schedule with their immunizations.
Behind "applies to students who do not have a record that includes complete dates for the first, second or final deadlines", enters the new school as "behind schedule", or not "in process".
I will need students to be up-to-date on ALL immunizations required no later than the 15th day of school (September 22nd). If immunizations have not been completed, but you have appointment made, please contact me. I need either a waiver or immunization update in order for state compliance.
