Upon occassion, students will be given an opportunity to complete a project rather than take a test as a final evaluation of their current class novel.  Since every person learns differently and has strengths of their own, there are choices given to include advantages for all kinds of learners and intelligences.  Listed below are the different types of projects available, the requirements, and the standards that match each project.
